• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is not permitted.

MCW99 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

You are responsible for the security of your MCW99 account. Use a strong password and never share your login credentials with anyone.

• Use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters in your password.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

Once a bet is confirmed at MCW99, it generally cannot be changed. A bet may be voided or cancelled in the following situations:

• If a match is completely cancelled, the bet is voided and the original stake is refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, MCW99 reserves the right to void it.
• If a match is not replayed within 36 hours of the scheduled time, the bet is voided.
• Bets remain valid even if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method or an umpire's override.

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds change in real time during live betting. MCW99 may temporarily suspend live betting at any point — particularly at critical moments such as a wicket falling or just before a goal. This is entirely normal and part of the platform's technical process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MCW99. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a match's outcome.
• Collusion Betting: Two or more individuals colluding to defraud the system.
• Automated Betting: Betting using bots or automated software.
• Money Laundering: Using MCW99 as a channel for money laundering.
• Credit Card Fraud: Using stolen or another person's payment method.
